things that are my go-to's when i feel crappy (physically or emotionally):
--baggy, cozy sweats
--looooooong hoooooot showers
--modern musical movies (ex. mamma mia)
--cousin chats
--laughing with the girls
--alaska amber (or two)...or a glass of whatever drink is readily available
--dutch bros. or whatever coffee replacement is available
--blasting "pump-up" music
--boosting the self-esteem with positive self-talk (i AM worth it, they're just idiots to not realize it, etc.)
--going on a nature walk or beachcombing
things that aren't currently working and/or aren't available:
--all of the above
--watching sappy love movies
--checking facebook
--checking my phone
